Best Guitar Pick for Beginners
What’s the best guitar pick for beginners? What picks are better suited for electric guitar versus the acoustic guitar?
When it comes to guitar picks, it really comes down to a matter of preference and I highly recommend you try many before you decide on the one that works best for your. There are my general recommends about guitar picks for beginners, acoustic guitars and electric guitars.
- Beginners: Light Picks 0.50mm-.60mm in thickness
- Acoustic Guitar: Light to Medium Picks 0.60mm-0.88mm in thickness
- Electric Guitar: Medium to Thick Picks 0.88mm-1.14mm in thickness
Again this is all preference.
