Remember, when learning Christmas songs of guitar as a beginner, you need to keep take things slow. Keeping your strumming patterns simple is a great way to allow enough time for chords to change.
I find many students want to jump into intricate strumming patterns before their chords are fast enough. I would practice the chord changes in these songs over and over again to help you get up to speed.
Ladies, if you find these songs are too low for your voice, I always recommend using a Capo on the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th frets to help make the song easier to sing for a female voice. You can learn more about capos and my favorite type of capo here.
