Each chord in this song shares a measure with another chord, so each chord is 2 beats in length. Suggested strumming patterns below, but as usual doing all down strums works too, so you can do two down strums per chord.
If you do not know barre chords and cannot play the F barre chord, you can always use a Fmaj7 chord which looks almost identical to a C major chord.
