What If God Was One Of Us Chords & Guitar Lesson
Welcome to my What If God Was One Of Us chord chart by Joan Osborne. This was a very popular song back in the 90s and you probably know now how I love 90s music.
This is definitely a great beginner song once you learn you C, G, Em and D chords. We will be using a capo on the 2nd fret.
The only tricky part is that the chords split a measure (2 beats per chord) so your chord changes have to be a little bit quicker to make this one work right. You can always do two down strums per chord to make things very simple instead of the 16th note strumming pattern below. Cmaj7 is just a C chord without the first finger.
